A great start by Trowell against top opposition saw Trowell have several chances early on but against the run of play Awsworth took the lead after 10mins, Trowell battled on and despite some stalwart play found themselves 2 down on 20mins, they held Awsworth well up to the half time whistle.
The second half saw trowell get a goal back on 15mins after some great moves Benji Hill scored from cose range after taking on and winning several challenges from the opposition.
Trowell had a great spell and were clearly on top until against the run of play again Awsworth found the net with a header from a corner on 25mins Awsworth began to come back at Trowell again and struck the killer blow some 10 mins later when they scored following a good block from our keeper Ben. Man of the Match was Ben Sambells for a great performance.
