Trowell FC U13′s 1 Hucknall Sports Red U13′s 1

A very exciting battle was played between these two teams as Trowell went looking for their 4th consecutive league win.

Trowell were 1st to score mid-way through the 1st half when Bradley Holmes struck a low shot into the bottom corner. The 2nd half continued in much the same vein as the 1st as Hucknall pushed to find the equaliser, it came early on. Trowell goalkeeper Tom Lock was kept busy and so was his defence as the home team threw wave after wave of attacks, and the fact that Hucknall had the ball in Trowell’s half of the pitch for 66% of the game just showed how much pressure Trowell were under defensively.

In the end each team had to settle for a 1-1 score.
