Trowell played their first Saturday game today although what should have been their first league game unfortunately had to be played as a friendly due to Riverside not having enough registration cards, never the less Trowell had a chance to put some hard pre-season training into practice and gave a performance that didn’t disappoint, some neat passages of play opened up the Riverside defence time and time again and goals were coming thick and fast. All but three players got there name on the scoresheet proving undoubtedly it was a team performance. Well done to Riverside who kept going till the end and for being sporting through out.
