A big thanks to those who helped with the portacabin roof at the weekend, it was a massive task of ripping off the complete roof and reboarding it ready to be felted on Sunday. A small group of us worked tirelessly on Saturday and at one stage it looked like we wouldn’t get it done but thanks to the expertise of Carl Browne, Ant Holmes and Tim (Carls Father in Law) the job got done. Ian Brown, Martin Lock, Sharon and myself were lackeys for the day and putting aside all the hard work we had a great laugh which helped get us through the day. Another big thanks to Ian Sanders whose mate E Type / Brendan felted the roof F.O.C for us on Sunday without these people we wouldn’t have been able to do it.
