Our club was created in March 2006 with an Under 12 side, having previously played as a team together for 3 years in both 7 a side and 11 a side leagues.
We decided to “reform”after being given the “opportunity” to create our own club and play at the Pit Lane ground, and in May 2006 we were delighted to add an Under 8′s team to our club. In Sept 07, in line with our “growth policy” we were again delighted to welcome an Under 7 team to our club and in 2008 we welcomed another team to our club at Under 13′s level making it 4 teams in all. Season 2010/11 we started a Saturday U12′s team bringing our total teams up to five.
Our thanks go to Trowell Parish Council for giving us that “opportunity” and for their help so far.
Our club is now affiliated to the Notts FA and the U 18′s play in the Notts Youth League, The U 13′s Saturday / Sunday and the U 11′s teams play in the Notts Young Elizabethan League ( YEL )
In our first season (2006-2007) we were proud to announce that the under 12′s were runners up and promoted, whilst our under 8′s battled to the semi finals of the Chairmans Cup in the YEL a great achievement by both teams!!.
On November 13th 2007 after much hard work, we were awarded The FA Charter Standard which again is a great achievment for the club.
